BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Don called the meeting
to order at 5:02 pm. It
was moved and seconded
to approve the Minutes
for the Oct board
meeting. The motion
passed unanimously.

seconded to approve the
Treasurer’s Report. The
motion passed
unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:

Beach Dune
Walkovers. Agreed to
get bid from Curtis
and Dave Brown to
remove trees in #2
easement.

Beach Renourishment.
Don reported that
the renourishment
will be in March at
earliest.

ART IN THE PALMS.
34 artists have
signed up (33
booths). Kim
Peacock reported on
advertising. Don
and Suzy reported on
parking, set up,
food, bug spraying,
etc.. Silent
auction discussed.
Discussed allowing
vendors other than
artists and decided
to leave the policy
as is.
It was moved and
seconded to adjourn the
meeting. The motion
passed unanimously. The
meeting was adjourned at
6:01 pm.
