passed unanimously.
Cathy also distributed a
new letter and form
which will go out to
islanders with children
who might be upcoming

members for input on the
Plan Regarding Water
Outages put forth by a

decided that this was
not a matter that PIE
should handle. Instead,
the board should
encourage the PIE member
to pursue the request
with the appropriate
governmental agencies.
Other actions discussed
and encouraged:
Individuals should call
and email the utility,
information should be
put into Spindrift, and
PIE can offer to
circulate information to
members via the PIE
member email list.
Sharon moved to adjourn
the meeting. Steve
seconded. Meeting was
adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Kim Peacock
