Board Meeting
February 5, 2007

Attending: Board
Members Carol Peterson,
Don Milroy, Suzy Kett,
Bob Horswill, Meryl
Schaffer, Mike Spallone,
Pat Bieneman, and Kim
Peacock
Carol Peterson called
the meeting to order at
5:00 pm. Carol asked
for a motion to approve
the January meeting
minutes. Don moved to
approve. Meryl
seconded. The motion
passed unanimously.
Carol presented Pat
Gordon’s Treasurer’s
Report and Draft
Budget. Kim moved to
approve the Treasurer’s
Report. Don seconded.
The motion passed
unanimously.
The Board Members
discussed the Budget and
agreed that “Revenue”
should be used instead
of the term, “Income”.
Many budget items were
discussed. Members
agreed that a “Parade”
line item should be
added. Members gave
input, including Bob
with WHPP, regarding
that committee’s
projects and requests.
Carol said that the
Board will finalize the
Budget at the March
meeting.
Cathy Sadenwater was
present to discuss
Friends of Pie’s Spring
Fundraiser, March 20th…Bingo
at Marsha Wilken’s
house. She also said
that Friends of Pie want
to move up the
scholarship application
date to April 15th.
Members agreed that this
would be fine.
Meryl discussed
Sprindrift, and the
Board Members discussed
online communications,
including Blogging. Kim
will maintain a “What’s
New” page on the website
for PIE news.
Don moved to adjourn the
meeting. Mike
seconded. Meeting was
adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
