Board Meeting
January 21, 2007

2007 Board Members
present were: Pat
Gordon, Kevin Mackin,
Leslie O’Hara, Meryl
Schaffer, Kim Peacock,
Carol Peterson, Don
Milroy, Gaye Corozzo,
and Pat Bieneman.
Members re-elected
President Carol
Peterson, Secretary Kim
Peacock, and Treasurer
Pat Gordon. Don Milroy
was elected to the
office of Vice
President.
Carol announced that
Meryl will no longer
continue producing
“Spindrift”. She will
produce one last issue
to explain that it is
the last issue. In
looking for an
alternative
communication source,
she suggested using
PIE’s website. Kim said
she would consider how
to produce a “What’s
New” page on the website
and report back to the
board.
Kim said she had bid on
a Lemon Bay Conservancy
silent auction item of a
WENG Radio Advertising
package valued at $300,
but she had bid and
gotten it for $230. She
asked if the board
wanted to buy it from
her for Art in the
Palms. Gaye made the
motion to approve buying
the package. Leslie
seconded. The motion
passed unanimously.
The meeting was
adjourned at 3:30 p.m.
